Current leadership
Charles B. Schuyler
Co-Founder and Chairman of the Board, Charlie is the Vice President, Enterprise Partnerships, for Zotec Partners, a healthcare technology solutions company, located in Carmel, IN. Previously, Charlie maintained a PGA membership and held positions with Saucon Valley Country Club, Augusta National Golf Club, Rehoboth Beach Country Club, Congressional Country Club, Bonita Bay Club, and Baltusrol Golf Club. Charlie is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University (Bachelor of Science Degree in Recreation, Park, and Tourism Management) where he met Lauren Lundy, his wife to be. In addition to his current employment, Charlie serves as a mentor in the PSU PGA Golf Management Mentorship Program and serves on the Board of the Indiana Golf Foundation, supporting the DEI and Volunteer Committees. Charlie and Lauren live in Conshohocken, PA.
Lauren L. Schuyler
Co-founder of Pros Fore Clothes Foundation and Controller, for Lundy, Beldecos, & Milby, Lauren graduated from The Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Women’s Studies minor. While at Penn State, Lauren competed on the Women’s Varsity Golf Team serving as a three time captain. Lauren’s prior employment history includes Realtor with Berkshire Hathaway in Bethlehem, PA, Contract Administrator with Ivey Residential in Augusta, GA, and Realtor with Jack Lingo REALTOR in Rehoboth Beach, DE. Previously, Lauren maintained a PGA membership and held positions with King’s Creek Country Club, Woodmont Country Club, Dellwood Country Club, Bonita Bay Club, and The Penn State Golf Courses. Lauren and Charlie live in Conshohocken, PA.
Lisa Railey
Lisa is the Executive Director at Pros Fore Clothes. She comes to us after 30+ years in the non-profit sector. She spent 20 years at Catholic Relief Services, where she worked with major donors in the New England and mid-Atlantic regions, managed a team of Major Gift Officers, and raised millions of dollars for those in need around the world. She has also worked at the Cool Kids Campaign Foundation helping families with a childhood cancer diagnosis, and Catholic Charities in Baltimore at a youth residential treatment facility. Lisa is a graduate of Ursinus College where she was an All-American lacrosse player and captain of her national championship team. She is married and has two teenagers – one in high school, and one at West Point. Lisa is a sports junkie, and after a year of treatment for breast cancer, she is excited to get back out on the golf course.
Tony Sessa
Tony is currently the General Manager at East Hampton Golf Club. Tony is a PGA Golf Professional, elected to PGA membership in 1993. Prior to his current role, Tony served as the Golf Professional at East Hampton Golf Club (since 2000) and Augusta National Golf Club where he served for 25 years (8 years as an Assistant Professional and 17 years as the Head Professional), sharing the role with J.J. Weaver. He started his PGA career in Naples, Florida at Quail Creek Country Club and spent a several years of his career at the Maidstone Club, in East Hampton, New York. Tony and his wife Danila, and their daughter split time between East Hampton, NY and Augusta, GA.
JJ Weaver
JJ is currently the PGA Golf Professional at Augusta National Golf Club and the Inverness Club in Toledo, OH. JJ has been a Golf Professional at Augusta National for 20 years, serving 3 years as an Assistant Professional and 17 years as the Co-Head Professional alongside Tony Sessa. JJ played an instrumental role at Augusta National in the launch of the Grow the Game initiative Drive Chip and Putt Championship. JJ has also served at the Inverness Club in Toledo, OH for 7 years as a Teaching Professional and Director of Golf. During his tenure, the Inverness Club hosted the 2019 U.S. Junior Amateur, the 2020 LPGA Drive On Championship, and the 2021 Solheim Cup. Inverness is also the host site for the following upcoming Championships: the 2027 U.S. Women’s Open and the 2029 U.S. Amateur. In previous positions, JJ served as the Head Professional at the Boston Golf Club, the Assistant Professional at Scioto Country Club, and the Assistant Professional at Tradition Golf Club. JJ is married to Dawn Weaver, and they are the proud parents of Jacob and Jenna.
Patrick white, pga
Patrick is currently the Director of Golf at Woodland Country Club in Carmel, Indiana. Patrick attended Penn State University. Upon graduating in 2008, Patrick began his career in golf at Crooked Stick Golf Club. In 2009, Patrick was awarded the Assistant Golf Professional of the Year and served as the Head Golf Professional at Crooked Stick from 2010-2013. Then in 2014, Patrick became the Head Golf Professional at Woodland Country Club, where he now holds his current position. Patrick serves on the Indiana PGA Board of Directors as Vice President, Indiana Golf Foundation Board, IGA-PGA Board and Penn State PGM Alumni Board as Past President. Recent accolades include the 2014 Indiana PGA Section Merchandiser of the Year, 2015 Callaway Master Staff Professional of the Year, 2020 Horton Smith Award for the Indiana PGA Section, 2022 Bill Strausbaugh Award for the Indiana PGA Section, and 2023 Golf Professional of the Year for the Indiana PGA Section. Prior to Crooked Stick, Patrick worked at Laurel Valley Golf Club, Oakmont Country Club and Seminole Golf Club.
Suzanne sullivan
Suzanne is the President and Founder of Sullivan Strategies LLC, one of DC’s top transportation-focused boutique advocacy firms. A dynamic voice for transportation and infrastructure issues, she brings experience from key leadership positions at the US Department of Transportation and the Congress to her work — providing strategic counsel and legislative assistance on transportation policy, infrastructure funding, and innovation opportunities. She also assists clients with corporate philanthropy.
Jason Ballard, PGA
Jason is the PGA Head Golf Professional at Oak Hill Country Club in Rochester, NY. Oak Hill has hosted numerous professional major championships and is due to host the 2027 U.S. Amateur Championship. Jason attended San Diego State University and holds the national record for lowest PGA Playing Ability Test score of 61. Jason has been an Assistant Professional at Augusta National Golf Club, Inverness Club, Congressional Country Club, and East Lake Golf Club. Jason has been awarded the 2023 WNY PGA Professional of the Year, 2020 National PGA Merchandiser of the Year, and 2019 WNY PGA Merchandiser of the Year. Jason also serves as an Associate Board Member of the Golisano Children’s Hospital.

Charles C. “Sandy” Wilkes
Sandy is the Chairman of The Wilkes Company, a real estate development company based in Washington, DC. He is also a trustee of the Federal City Council, a founding member of The Downtown Developer Roundtable, a member of the Economic Development Committee of the Mayor’s Business Roundtable, and a member of the Urban Land Institute. He is President of The Washington Children’s Foundation, and served as a member of the Board of Trustees of St. Mary’s College of Maryland. Recently, Sandy received the Citizenship Award from Mount Carmel Baptist Church, and the President’s Award from Family and Child Services of Washington, DC. Sandy is a graduate of Amherst College—where he serves as Chairman of the Mead Art Museum Advisory Board—and The American University Law School. He is a member of the District of Columbia Bar, and a proud Georgetown Preparatory School Alum.
Michael F. Ryan
Michael Ryan is the Executive Director of The Washington Children’s Foundation, and the former President of The District of Columbia Bankers Association and The Municipal Finance Forum Of Washington, DC. Throughout his professional career, Michael has served as President, COO, CEO, and Chairman of the Board of several Federal and state-chartered banks in the DC area. He has also organized and managed many business organizations in the private sector. He is a former Board Member of The National Capital Chapter of the American Red Cross, and currently serves as a member of the Chairman’s Advisory Council.
Christopher R. Ryan
Chris serves as General Counsel and SVP of Corporate Development of Pansophic Learning, a global education company serving children from ages 0 to 18. He previously worked as a corporate attorney at numerous education and technology companies. Chris earned a JD from American University, an MBA from the University of Maryland, College Park, and a BA in Political Science from Wake Forest University. Chris is an active volunteer for the Bruce Edwards Foundation for ALS Research.
